Check out his bio here:
Born, raised and resides in Rochester NY. I am deeply rooted in hockey and specifically the goaltending community. I’m from a long line of goalies and goalie coaches within my family. My father was a goalie, my uncle was a goalie and coach, and my son is a goalie and coach. I’m also from a long lineage of family members in the hospitality industry. I’m the 4th generation owner of Giuseppe’s Restaurant/Catering/Bakery.
I’m currently the goalie coach for Aquinas Institute, and I freelance as a private goalie instructor. I have become a student of the position. I have learned cutting edge techniques and training and I’ve worked with some of Rochester’s elite youth, high school, collegiate and junior goaltenders. The pillars of my coaching philosophy are athleticism, good footwork and competitive drive.
As director of goaltending with the Rochester Aces, my main goal is giving young goaltenders an opportunity succeed within the safe confounds of the organization. I will make my philosophy and knowledge available to every coach within the Aces organization. To the organization, I will bring a true passion for teaching and a passion for the greatest position in all of sports.
